Integration Coaching

The experience changes you.
Integration is how you change your life.

Odyssey Integration Coaching is a structured 1-month program that helps you translate the insights from your psilocybin experience into real, lasting change.
The Problem

Most people let the most important window close.

The weeks after a psilocybin experience are when the brain is most ready to form new patterns.
Most people return home to the same environment, the same routines, the same pressures — without any
structure for what just opened. Over time, the insights fade. The intentions stall. The window closes.
Session

Something shifts. Insight, clarity, intention.

Days 1–7

Neuroplasticity is highest. The window is open.

Week

Without structure, patterns reassert.

6 months later

Most people are back where
they started.

“Integration is where the real work happens.
The session opens the door — but someone
has to walk through it.”

The Solution

Structured support for what comes next.

Integration coaching is a specific kind of help — not therapy, not journaling prompts. Here's exactly what it is and
what it isn't, so you can decide if it's right for you.
What Coaching Is
Behavioral accountability
Every session ends with a written commitment.
Your coach holds you to it.
Sense-making support
Making meaning of what emerged and connecting it to your
day-to-day life.
A structured 3-month arc
7 sessions with defined milestones — not open-ended
check-ins.
A path forward if you need more
If clinical support is what you need, we'll help you find it.
What Coaching Isn't
Therapy or clinical care
Coaches work in the behavioral change lane. Diagnosis, trauma
processing, and medication guidance are out of scope.
A continuation of your session
Your coach isn't your facilitator. Integration coaching is a distinct,
forward-facing container.
Spiritual guidance
Meaning-making is welcome. But coaching stays grounded in your life, your choices, your actions.
Open-ended support
This is time-boxed by design. The 90-day window is intentional,
not arbitrary.
The Handoff

Your coach receives a note from your facilitator before your first session. You won't start from zero.

Key themes, emotional tone, and intentions from your experience
are passed directly to your coach — so session one is already grounded
in what matters most.
The Program

Four sessions. One month. A clear starting point.

The first 30 days after your experience are when the window is most open. Each session builds on the last,
from making sense of what happened to building something real with it.

Your intention document
Built together in session 1 and reviewed every week — a written record of what you're
working toward and what's actually changing. At the end of month one, it becomes the
basis for deciding what support, if any, you want next.
your coach

Certified specialist with direct experience in facilitated psychedelic contexts

They are not your therapist — and that distinction is intentional. Coaches work with you on behavioral change, sense-making, and accountability. If clinical support is what you need, they will say so directly and help you find it.

Common Questions

Is this therapy?

No. This is not therapy. In general, therapy often explores the past, including trauma and patterns that may still be affecting your life today. Coaching focuses more on the present and future: where you are now, where you want to go, and the actions that will help you get there. Integration coaching is designed to help you make sense of your psychedelic experience and translate insights into meaningful changes in your daily life. In addition, Odyssey Integration Specialists are trained in psychedelic integration, understand the unique nature of psychedelic experiences, and have extensive experience supporting clients through the integration process.

What if I need more support than coaching can provide?

If you need more support than coaching can provide, we'll help connect you with appropriate resources, such as a therapist, psychiatrist, support group, or other professional.

How soon after my session does it start?

You and your coach will coordinate schedules based on your availability. Ideally, your first integration call takes place within 1-3 days of your psychedelic session, when insights are fresh and most actionable.

What if I already have a therapist?

Many clients find therapy and integration coaching complement each other well. If you already have a strong support system, we'll tell you honestly if additional coaching isn't needed.

What happens during an integration session?

Every session is tailored to you. Your Integration Specialist will help you reflect on your experience, identify meaningful insights, and turn those insights into practical changes in your daily life. Common topics vary based on your intention, but include relationships, purpose, habits, boundaries, stress, mental health, and creating an action plan for the weeks ahead.

The 30 days after your experience
are the most important. We're here for them.
