Becca Meyer, Psy.D.
Dr. Becca Meyer is a psychologist with nearly two decades of clinical experience. She is passionate about helping clients live with vitality, gratitude, and joy. Her approach to psychotherapy is integrative, grounded in psychodynamic understanding and relational depth, while drawing on evidence-based modalities such as ACT and CBT. She believes in the power of mindfulness, a practice that is foundational in both her personal and professional life.
Becca enjoys working with people during life transitions or when they feel stuck and ready for change. She has a special interest in midlife’s opportunities for self-reflection, clarifying values, and cultivating sustainable wellbeing.
Inherently curious about the human condition and how people can thrive within it, Becca is excited by the potential of psychedelics to support healing, personal growth, and meaningful change. Her psilocybin facilitation centers on thoughtful preparation, creating an attuned space for the journey, and purposeful integration. She is fascinated by consciousness exploration and open to mysteries of the unknown.
