Becca Meyer, Psy.D.
Dr. Becca Meyer is a licensed clinical psychologist with more than fifteen years of experience supporting clients through individual, couples, and organizational work. She graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University with a degree in Learning and Organizational Change and went on to earn both her master’s and doctoral degrees from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Her clinical training included positions at Chicago’s Replogle Center for Counseling and Well-Being and at the counseling center at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. After returning to Chicago, she spent over a decade with Integrative Health Partners, where she met with clients and facilitated Mindfulness and Stress Reduction groups. She now operates a private practice, offering services both in person and virtually.
Grounded in a strong psychodynamic foundation, Dr. Meyer incorporates a range of evidence-based methods into her clinical work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). By weaving these approaches together, she helps clients gain clarity about their internal landscapes, lessen emotional distress, and make meaningful, sustainable changes that support long-term healing and personal growth.
