Louis Medina
He/Him

Louis Medina is a paramedic, instructor, and licensed psilocybin facilitator dedicated to supporting people through presence, compassion, and genuine human connection. His work is informed by 15 years of service as a first responder, where he witnessed both the toll that chronic stress, trauma, and burnout can take over time and the power of human resilience.

After years of working in high-stress emergency settings, Louis came to this work through his own healing journey and a deep desire to help others reconnect with themselves in meaningful and lasting ways. That path, combined with his background in emergency medicine, teaching, and contemplative practice, has shaped an approach that is nonjudgmental, grounded, calm, and deeply supportive. He draws from mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, and integration-oriented practices to help people prepare for and make meaning of their experiences with a greater sense of safety, clarity, and support.

He is especially passionate about serving first responders and helping bridge the gap in culturally competent care for communities that may struggle to trust, open up, or ask for support. He is also passionate about psychedelic neuroscience and the exploration of consciousness, and remains committed to continued learning in order to better serve others with authenticity and integrity. Louis believes deeply in the potential each person carries within themselves.
