Sabrina Hadeed, Ph.D.
She/Her/Hers

The experience of living in-between identities and cultures and searching for a sense of belonging and home is a familiar one to me. Navigating my Syrian American bicultural identity and making sense of the differences and similarities has been an integral part of my lived experience. I am consistently inspired to do this work from this lens of intersectionality and factoring in the context of lived experience. I bring an unconditional sense of curiosity and compassion and believe that most long-term healing happens holistically.

I have worked with thousands of clients, families, and couples over the years, helping them to navigate struggle (be it trauma, loss, or life stress), move through transitions with more grace, parenting with less conflict, relationships with more tenderness, and to find and trust their inner wisdom in all things.

I’m especially honored to work with women—particularly those who’ve been holding it all together for everyone else, often at the cost of themselves. I love supporting clients who are ready to untangle from people-pleasing, perfectionism, and patriarchal conditioning—whether they’re navigating divorce, leadership shifts, spiritual confusion, or just the deep ache of wanting something more aligned.

I also feel a deep connection to adult family systems work (mom/daughter, parent/child, siblings etc.) and supporting clients through intergenerational healing. As a Syrian American woman and a mother, I’m drawn to the spaces where identity, culture, ancestry, and trauma intersect—and where reclamation is possible. Whether it’s an individual, couple, or family, I’m excited to work with people who are willing to question the scripts they’ve inherited and are ready to come home to their own truth.

I believe it is a great honor to do this work and consider myself a lifelong student, humbled by what I don’t know and empowered by what I do.

"We felt years feeling stuck. Our psychedelic experiences helped us finally find the clarity we needed to move forward. Honestly, we recommend everyone we know try microdosing or a psychedelic experience to get to know themselves and each other. There is no doubt, without this support we would still be stuck and miserable. It helped us individually and as a couple. We have never been happier. We also could not recommend Sabrina enough. She has a way of guiding and challenging that is almost like a magician, disarming and wise."

“Working with Dr. Sabrina was a powerful and deeply supportive experience. From the start, her background as a trauma-informed therapist was evident—she brought a level of skill, intuition, and steadiness that made me feel safe enough to really let go. I was navigating significant loss and major life transitions, and during the journey, it felt at times like she was a tender mother, a wise grandmother, and an intuitive guide all in one. Her presence in preparation, during the ceremony, and through integration allowed me to move through grief, uncover insight, and reconnect with parts of myself I hadn’t accessed in years. This experience was a true turning point.”

“Journeying with my mom under Dr. Sabrina’s guidance was something I’ll never forget. She created a space that felt safe, real, and tender. With her calm and intuitive presence, we were able to let our defenses down—after years of being guarded—and meet each other in a new way. It wasn’t always easy, but something softened between us. We found words we hadn’t said before, listened more openly, and began to reconnect with a kind of love and truth that had been buried. It was healing in the truest sense. The biggest surprise was just how much we got out of the preparation and integration. I thought the medicine session would be the biggest part but honestly I’d say it was just one part of the bigger healing experience. And moving forward we have a different softer way to communicate.”
