Terri Shelton, LCSW
She/Her

I am a trauma-informed therapist (LCSW) and natural medicine facilitator (NMF) offering a grounded, integrative approach to healing. My work is guided by the belief that deep healing happens when we reconnect to our true selves—physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

In psilocybin facilitation, I create a safe, compassionate, and structured space to explore your inner landscape. I encourage you to gain support from the elemental energy of our allies of earth, wind, fire and water as well as sensory input, ritual and spirit. I will support you through every phase of the journey—preparation, facilitation, and integration—helping you translate insights into lasting change. Together, we explore the full spectrum of what influences your mental health and healing, including sleep, nutrition, relationships, movement, and environment.

My approach blends evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, somatic techniques, IFS, DBT, and CBT, alongside somatic practices to regulate the nervous system—breathwork, guided meditation, and polyvagal exercises.

I work closely with veterans, military families, and trauma survivors, and welcome anyone seeking to heal from past wounds, reconnect with meaning, or grow beyond old patterns. Whether you are preparing for a psilocybin experience or integrating one you’ve already had, I’m here to support you in reclaiming your power and your wholeness.
