Ulysses Diaz, LCSW
Ulysses Diaz was first introduced to plant and fungi teachers through the elders who shaped his early life, nurturing a relationship with these medicines that continues to deepen within community. He holds profound respect for the original stewards of these traditions and honors the Mazatec and other Indigenous communities whose wisdom makes this work possible. With gratitude for Mother Earth and the lineages that have safeguarded these teachings, Ulysses approaches this path with humility, reverence, and responsibility.
Rooted in a person-centered philosophy, Ulysses creates a supportive, safe, and welcoming environment for individuals exploring psilocybin-assisted healing. His work is grounded in deep listening and a genuine commitment to honoring each client’s pace, story, and autonomy.
He holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has pursued additional training in MDMA-, Ketamine-, and Psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy, with the intention of thoughtfully bridging clinical practice with ceremonial wisdom. His approach weaves evidence-informed care with the cultural, spiritual, and relational understanding that has long accompanied these medicines.
Ulysses feels deeply honored to support individuals seeking growth, healing, and connection through psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy. His work is guided by respect—for the medicine, the traditions from which it originates, and the people who entrust him with their journeys.
