I was nervous about this experience, not knowing what I might find. Frank thoroughly prepared me, giving me the tools to deal with any challenges that might arise. He listened to me during the preparation phase, helped me frame my intentions in a positive light. He was calm and reassuring the day of my journey, and had the perfect playlist that was an integral part of my experience. I had both of my integration meetings now, and that really helped guide me down a path where I could get the most out of my new state of mind. I fully expect to have another journey in the future, and would love for Frank to be my facilitator again!

I feel like Frank really cared about my growth through this experience. I really value the intelligence and wisdom he brings as an MD and experienced facilitator. He really put the time in for me; our prep and integration sessions often ran over an hour and I never felt he was trying to wrap things up.
