Mark Abramson founded Stanford University’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Clinic in 1995, to which a mix of students, the public, parents, Silicon Valley workers, and patients are referred. The clinic helps treat a broad range of medical conditions using mindfulness practices to support better health and happiness.
